{"id":1091,"date":"2022-01-30T15:59:18","date_gmt":"2022-01-30T14:59:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/?p=1091"},"modified":"2022-01-30T18:58:03","modified_gmt":"2022-01-30T17:58:03","slug":"zmeny-od-2-2-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/en\/zmeny-od-2-2-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes from 2.2.2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1108\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/paragraph-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"42\" height=\"34\" \/>The most important for drivers &#8211; <\/strong>recording the crossing of the border in the tachograph<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This obligation was already enshrined in the Regulation<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CELEX_32020R1054_EN_TXT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a01054\/2020<\/a>, <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\">but its effectiveness was postponed to 2.2.2022.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"2\">This is stated in this Regulation on page 16 (11d):<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The driver shall insert the symbol of the State he enters after crossing the border of a State at the beginning of his first stop in that State. This first stop shall take place at the nearest possible stopping point or at the border.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">(we are looking forward to the columns in front of and beyond the borders)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1108\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/paragraph-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"39\" height=\"31\" \/>As of 2 February 2022, some points of EU Regulation 1055\/2020, which amends EU Regulations 1071\/2009 and 1072\/2009, will come into force. These changes concern employers, ie transport companies that are obliged to organize the work of drivers under the new rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>A break at work for drivers of regular passenger transport <\/strong>&#8211; it is stated in Slovak Act 407\/2021, Article I, point 4) &#8211; it is clearly stated here who it concerns, ie drivers of regular passenger transport, popularly &#8220;bus drivers&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">The stay of vehicles in another Member State and cabotage<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"> is regulated by the Regulation<\/span><\/span>1055\/2020<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>The return of the vehicle to the &#8220;home&#8221; Member State 8 weeks<\/strong> after its departure is governed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartracker.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/CELEX_32020R1055_EN_TXT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Regulation 1055\/2020<\/a> in Article 1, point 3b.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>The carrier is obliged to organize the cabotage transport in such a way that he performs a maximum of three<\/strong> subsequent cabotage transport operations in the same vehicle within the same (foreign) Member State. The last landing must be within 7 days before leaving the foreign Member State.
